Foreign Affairs Minister Decorates US Ambassador

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Isamel Ould Cheikh Ahmed, decorated, on behalf of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the US ambassador to Mauritania, His Excellency Michael Dodman on the occasion of the end of his mission in Mauritania.

The celebration was attended by the Ambassador, Secretary General of the Ministry, Mr. Sid Ahmed Ould Dje, special duty officers, advisers at the minister’s cabinet, managers at the central departments, and employees in the sector.

After the decoration, the Minister received the US diplomat in his office in the presence of the secretary general of the ministry and the general manager of the bilateral cooperation at the ministry.
