President of Republic Congratulates New Zealand Governor-General

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, addressed the following telegram of congratulation to Her Excellency Patsy Reddy, the Governor-General of New Zealand.
