President of Republic Leaves for Turkey

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, left Nouakchott, on Thursday, for Turkey, where he will take part, in Istanbul, in the Africa-Turkey summit.

The President of the Republic was greeted upon his departure from Nouakchott “Oumtounsy” international airport by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Massoud, the Ministers of Justice and National Defense, the Chief of the Particular Staff of the President of the Republic, the deputy director of cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Wali of West Nouakchott, and the President of the regional council of Nouakchott.

The President of the Republic is accompanied by a large delegation including:

– Dr. Mariem Dah, the First lady,
– Mr. Adama Bocar Soko, the Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic
– Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad,
– Mr. Mohamed Malainine Ould Eyih, the Minister of National Education and Reform of Educational System,
– Mr. Sidi Ould Zahav, the Minister of Health,
– Mr. Sidina Ould Sidi Mohamed Ould Ahmed Ely, the Minister of Agriculture,
– Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, the director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic,
– Mr. Cheikh Sid’Ahmed Bekay Hamadi, the Ambassador of Mauritania to Turkey,
– Mr. Mohamed Lemine Cheikh Mohamed Fadel Aboy, Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic,
– Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Lematt, Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic,
– Mr. El Hassen Ould Ahmed, the Director-General of State Protocol.
