Foreign Minister Meets With Turkish Counterpart

On 16 December, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, held talks, in Istanbul, on the sidelines of the preparatory ministerial meeting for the Turkey-Africa summit, with his Turkish counterpart, Mr. Mevlut Cavusoglu.

The meeting focused on the excellent relations between the two countries and the ways and means to further consolidate them for the mutual benefit of the two brotherly people.
The two sides also reviewed regional and international issues of mutual concern.
