Mauritania Participates Remotely in Nature World Conservation Congress in France

A group of nature conservatives from the banc Arguin under the direction of the deputy secretary general of the government , M. Mohamed Ishaq El Kounti ,opened today Saturday in Nouakchott , a workshop aside the Marseille summit to participate in the works via video conference during the period which is from 03 to 11/09/2021.
The workshop will allow national actors in the nature and environment protection domain to participate remotely in the works of the international conference.
In a speech on the occasion the deputy secretary general has emphasised on the importance of the scientific and technical presentations the participants will acquire about preservation of ecosystems and biodiversity that will allow a vision about the challenges of climate change,floods and nature disasters.
He added that by participating to this international nature preservation forum, it expresses the government aim to put in action the program of his Excellency the president of the republic ,M Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani in this domain.
