Foreign Minister Meets with Chadian Counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, met, Friday in N’Djamena, with his Chadian counterpart, Mr. Amine Abba Siddick.

The meeting focused on the exemplary cooperation relations between the two countries and the means to further enhance them in the mutual interests of the two parties, as well as on the preparations for the summit of the G-5 Sahel member countries, to be held soon in the Chadian capital.

The meeting was attended by HE Mr. Yahya Ould Teiss, Ambassador of Mauritania to the sisterly Republic of Chad, and Mr. Mohamed Ould Sidaty, officer in charge of special duties at the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad.
