The Minister of Social Affairs, Children, and Family, Ms. Naha Mint Haroun Ould Cheikh Sidiya, received, Tuesday in Nouakchott, the coordinator of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Mr. Louis Nkopipie.
The talks focused on ways to strengthen cooperation between Mauritania and the international institution and on strategies to combat trafficking in human beings with capacity building for the Ministry’s staff in this area.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Ahmed Ould Sidi Yahya, the Communication Advisor, Ms. Aminetou Mint Bilal, and the Director of Studies, Cooperation, and Monitoring, Mr. Saleck Ould Jeïreb.
