National Defense Minister Receives NATO Assistant Secretary General

On 31 May in Nouakchott, Mr. Hanenna Ould Sidi, the Minister of National Defense, received Mr. Javier Colomina, the Assistant Secretary General of NATO for Political and Security Affairs, accompanied by Ms. Alyssa Ambo, the officer in charge of relations between Mauritania and NATO.

The meeting took place in the presence of Major General Mohamed Cheikh Beida, the Commander of the Special Forces, and Mr. Mohamed Lemine Moulaye Ely, a director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, and focused on the relations between our country and NATO and the ways and means of developing them.
