President of Republic Congratulates Azerbaijani Counterpart

On 27 May, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country:
