APIM Director General Participates in a Round table on the Opportunities for British Investors in Mauritania

The Managing Director of the Agency for the Promotion of Investments in Mauritania (APIM), Ms. Aïssata Lam, and the Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Mauritania, SEM. Colin Wells, participated by videoconference Wednesday in an a round table on investment opportunities in Mauritania.
This round table is organized by the Embassy of Mauritania in London with the collaboration of the British Arab Chamber of Commerce.
Discussions chaired by the Ambassador of Mauritania, HE Mr. Sidya Ould El Hadi focused on the economic potential and development of Mauritania including promising sectors that offer opportunities to British investors. These sectors mainly concern iron ore, gypsum, copper, phosphates, oil, gas, diamonds, gold and fish.
