Foreign Minister Takes Part in Opening UN General Assembly

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed took part in New York on Tuesday at the opening of the 76th United Nations General Assembly, chaired by Mr. Abdellahi Chahid of the Maldives Islands.
Present to the opening, the Ambassador Permanent Delegate of Mauritania to the UN, Mr. Sidi Ould Mohamed Laghdaf and the Ambassador Director General of Multilateral Cooperation Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians of the Outside, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Moulay Ely.
