MNPT Delegations Visit Nouakchott Detention centers On Jul 13, 2021 The National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture declared Tuesday the dispatch of delegations to the three regions of Nouakchott. The delegations will visit detention centers to enquire about the inmates’ conditions.
