President of Republic Receives Austrian Ambassador’s Credentials

On 21 May, in Nouakchott, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, received the credentials of HE Ms. Anna Jankovic, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic ofAustria to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

After the presentation of the credentials and the audience granted to her by the President of the Republic, the Austrian diplomat made a statement to the Mauritanian news agency in which she said she was honored to present her credentials

to His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, adding that she will work to consolidate cooperative relations between the two countries, particularly in the economic, energy, and green hydrogen fields and some social projects.
