President Returns to Nouakchott from Nairobi

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, Rotating Chairperson of the African Union, returned Monday evening to Nouakchott from the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, after participating in the joint summit between African heads of state and the International Development Association (IDA-21).

The President of the Republic was received at Nouakchott Oumtounsi International Airport by Prime Minister Mohamed Ould Bilal Messoud, Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, Minister Counsellor of the Presidency of the Republic, a number of members of the Government, the Chief of Special Staff of the President of the Republic, the Assistant Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, the Governor of Nouakchott West, and the President of the Nouakchott Region.
