Cop 28.. Minister of Environment Attends the Presentation of a Book Entitled: The role of Palm Trees in Combating Climate Change
On Saturday 9 December, the Minister of Environment, Ms. Lalia Ali Kamara, attended, as a guest of honor, a book presentation ceremony on “The Role of Palms in Combating Climate Change.” It was prepared by a group of scientists under the auspices of the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation, as part of the activities of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties on Climate Change currently underway in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Minister of Environment, who represented Mauritania at the ceremony held in the UAE pavilion, received copies signed by the author of this book.
