The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman Organizes a Reception on the Occasion of the National Day of its Country
The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman organized a reception on Monday evening in Nouakchott on the occasion of the fifty-third National Day of the Sultanate.
The government was represented at the ceremony by Their Excellencies: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Islamic Affairs and Indigenous Education, Dah Ould Sidi Ould Ammar Taleb, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, in charge of Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Yahya Ould Said, and Advisor to the Prime Minister in charge of Energy, El Hassan Mohamed Ely.
In a speech on the occasion, the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, HE Sheikh Saif bin Hilal bin Ali Al Maamari, said that the Mauritanian-Omani relations are characterized by strength, strength and harmony in their positions on the events taking place in the world through their adoption of the principle of peace and dialogue in order to achieve security and stability for all peoples.
He added that the two countries have relations of cooperation and partnership in various fields, embodied in the signing of several cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding.
