President of Republic Arrives in France To Participate in Paris Summit

On 20 June, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport to participate in the Paris Summit “For a new global financial pact”.

The President of the Republic was welcomed at the airport by HE. Ahmed Ould Bahia, the Ambassador in Paris, HE Ms. Moulaty Mint El Moktar, the Ambassador of Mauritania to UNESCO,  and the staff of the two diplomatic representations.

His Excellency is accompanied by a large delegation including:

– Dr. Mariem Fadel Dah, the First Lady;

Messrs.: Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad;

– Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors;

– Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic;

– Ahmed Ould Bahia, the Ambassador of our country in Paris;

– Ahmed Ould Bahini, an Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic;

– El Hussein Ould Naji, an Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic;

– El Hassan Ould Ahmed, the Director General of State Protocol.
