President of Republic Congratulates Togolese Counterpart

On 26 April, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic,  sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Faure Gnassingbe, the President of the Republic of Togo, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country:
