President of Republic Congratulates South African Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following cable of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa:

Your country’s celebration of its National Day gives me a good opportunity to express to your Excellency my warmest congratulations, wishing the friendly South African people further progress and prosperity.
