President of Republic Congratulates Bulgarian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Roumen Radev, President of the Republic of Bulgaria:
