President of Republic Congratulates Kenyan Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Monday the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. William Ruto, President of Kenya, on his country’s national day:
