President of Republic Congratulates Burkina Faso’s President

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory telegram to His Excellency Captain Mr. Ibrahim Traoré, the President of the transitional period and President of the Republic of Burkina Faso” Mr. Ibrahim Traoré, on his country’s national day :
