President of Republic Congratulates Central African Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Faustin-Archange Touadera, President of the Central African Republic, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day.
