Financial Aid Worth 2 Willion Ouguiyas for Relatives of Fire Victims

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Childhood, and Family, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Ahmed Ould Sidi Yahya, presented, on Tuesday in the district of El Mina, on behalf of the government a financial aid of two million ouguiyas ( old ouguiya) to the relatives of the victims of Monday’s fire.

This aid, provided following instructions from His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, comes as a government support to this family, with the aim of helping them in such difficult circumstances.

The father of the family, Mr. Abdallahi Ould H’Meida, thanked the government for its support in this difficult ordeal.

The aid was submitted in the presence of the adviser in charge of communication at the ministry, governor of El Mina district, and administrative and security authorities.
