President of Constitutional Council Receives AfCHPR’s Delegation

On 16 August, in Nouakchott, Mr. Diallo Mamadou Bathia, the President of the Constitutional Council, received a delegation from the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR), led by Ms. Imani D. Aboud, the President of the court.
The talks touched on the AfCHPR’s objectives, its role in promoting human rights in Africa, and means to achieve such a goal.
