Livestock Minister leaves for Dakar

The Minister of livestock, Mohamed Ould Sweidatt, left Nouakchott Thursday morning for the Senegalese capital Dakar to see the conditions of Mauritanian livestock traders currently on Senegalese territory to market their livestock on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

Mauritania and Senegal signed an agreement last May, to supply the Adhaahi from Mauritania to Senegal, which includes exempting Mauritanian livestock traders from all fees, and royalties this year for a period of 105 days instead of 90 days to simplify the relevant procedures.
