President of Republic Congratulates Madagascar’s President

On 25 June, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to his counterpart of Madagascar, His Excellency Mr. Andry Rajoelina, on the occasion of his country’s National Holiday:
