Social Action Minister Leaves for New York

On 12 June, Ms. Saviya Mint N’Tehah, the Minister of Social Action, Children, and Family, left Nouakchott for New York, the United States of America. She will take part in the Conference of Parties to the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities held from 14 to 16 June, at the invitation of the Department of Social Affairs at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States.

The session’s main theme is “Building participatory societies for people with disabilities in the context of COVID -19 and the post-COVID-19.”
