Digital Transformation Minister Returns to Nouakchott

On 11 June, Mr. Cheikh El K?bir Ould Moulaye Taher, the Minister of Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Modernization of Administration, returned to Nouakchott from the Rwandan capital; Kigali.

During this tour, the Minister participated in the Digital Economy Conference and Exhibition (Seamless Middle East 2022) held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2022 in Rwanda.

During this participation, Mr. Ould Moulaye Taher reviewed our country’s digital transformation strategies in communication and information technologies. He also held a series of meetings with some of his Arab and African counterparts that discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation in areas related to digital transformation.
