Foreign Minister Meets With Carter Center Representative

On 19 May, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received Ms. Bisa Williams, the representative of the Carter Center, currently visiting Mauritania in her capacity as an independent observer of the Algiers Process for Peace and Reconciliation in Mali.

The meeting focused on issues of interest to both parties.
