Interior Minister Receives UNCCD Executive Secretary

On 23 March, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Interior and Decentralization, received, in Nouakchott, Mr. Ibrahim Thiaw, the Executive Secretary of the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD).

During the interview, several issues of interest to both our country and this UN body were discussed, particularly those that fall within the competence of the Ministry of Interior and Decentralization.
