Water Minister Meets With Senegalese Counterpart

On 23 March, Mr. Mohamed El Hacen Ould Boukhreiss, the Minister of Water and Sanitation, met, in Dakar on the sidelines of the World Water Forum, with Mr. Serigne Mbaye Thiam, Minister of Water and Sanitation of the Republic of Senegal.

The discussions focused on various areas of cooperation between our country and the Republic of Senegal, particularly in the field of water and sanitation.

Mr. Ould Boukhreiss congratulated his Senegalese counterpart for the successful hosting of the ninth edition of the World Water Forum and stressed that Mauritania would work to translate its recommendations on the ground.
