Minister of Agriculture Receives German Ambassador

On 25 January, the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Sidina Ould Ahmed Ely, received, in Nouakchott, HE Ms. Isabel Henin, the German Ambassador to Mauritania.

During the meeting, the Minister affirmed the solidity of the historical cooperative relations between Mauritania and Germany. He also stressed his commitment to promoting them, particularly in agriculture.

For her part, the Ambassador expressed her determination to cooperate with the Ministry to attract German private investors in agriculture and ensure the judicious exploitation of the country’s natural resources.
