Female MPs Group for Human Rights Promotion Launches Activities

The headquarters of the National Assembly hosted, on Thursday, the launch of the activities of the Female MPs Group for the Promotion of Human Rights.

According to its leaders, the group aims to contribute to the efforts made in the protection and promotion of Human Rights in Mauritania and raise awareness, educate, and spread the culture of Human Rights in all branches of society.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Culture, Handicrafts, and Relations with Parliament, M. Lemrabott Ould Bennahi, and a representative of the UN organizations in Mauritania.
