COVID-19: 16 Recoveries, 2 Deaths, 153 New Cases

Health Ministry announced, on Wednesday evening, in its daily press briefing on the epidemiological situation in Mauritania, it had recorded 16 recoveries, 2 deaths, and 135 new cases of COVID-19.

The new cases are distributed as follows:

The Ministry indicated that these results had been obtained after conducting 992 tests, including 27 follow-up tests.

The latest increase brought the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in our country to 8,863 cases, including 7,780 recoveries, and 179 deaths.
