President of Republic Congratulates Albanian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, addressed the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Mr. Elir Mita, President of the Republic of Albania, on the occasion of its national day celebration:
