Nouakchott Regional Council President Meets with Scottish Prime Minister

The President of the Regional Council of Nouakchot , Ms Fatima bint Abdelmalek, held a meeting with Scottish Prime Minister Nicola Sturgeon in the Scottish city of Glasgow, on the sidelines of an international workshop on cities and local governments within the activities of the COP26 summit.

The meeting was an opportunity to introduce the city of Nouakchott and the challenges of climate change that it faces.
