Minister of Justice Receives Head of EU Delegation

The Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallahi Ould Boya, received, Thursday in Nouakchott, Ambassador Jones Guilym, the Head of Delegation of the European Union to Mauritania.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss ways and means capable of strengthening and developing cooperation relations between the Ministry of Justice and the European Union, particularly regarding the EU support for the sectoral policy implemented by the Mauritanian government.

During the talks, Mr. Guilym praised the sectoral policy in the field of justice, reaffirming the EU support for this policy through the project to support the reform of the justice, which is under development, within the framework of the European Development Fund
