Foreign Minister Receives FAO Director-General

Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received, Thursday in Rome, Mr. QU Dongyu, Director General of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The meeting focused on cooperation relations between Mauritania and this UN institution as well as on food security and the challenges facing the Sahelian zone.
