Foreign Minister Holds Talks with European Commissioner for International Partnerships

His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, held talks on Wednesday in New York with the European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Mr. Jozef Síkela, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The discussions focused on cooperative relations between Mauritania and the European Union, as well as ways to strengthen and develop them to serve mutual interests. The two parties also exchanged views on important issues.
