President of Republic Congratulates Brazilian Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a congratulatory message on Sunday to His Excellency Mr. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, on the occasion of his country’s national day.

The message reads as follows:

“Mr. President,

On the occasion of your country’s national day, I have the pleasure to extend to you my warmest congratulations and to wish the friendly Brazilian people further progress and prosperity.

I also assure you of our full commitment to continuing the development of cooperation between our two countries, in the service of the interests of our two friendly peoples.
