President of Republic Congratulates Vietnamese Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a congratulatory message on Tuesday to His Excellency Mr. To Lam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

The message reads as follows:

“Excellency,

On the occasion of your country’s National Day, I have the pleasure to extend to you my warmest congratulations and to wish the friendly people of Vietnam ever-greater progress and prosperity. I also assure you of our full commitment to continuing the development of cooperation between our two countries, in the service of the interests of our two friendly peoples.
