Defense Minister Attends the 5th International Defense Exhibition

At the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, the Minister of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Children of Martyrs, Mr. Hanena Ould Sidi, participated Wednesday, in the events of the 5th International Defense Exhibition “SAHA EXPO 2026,” which is being held in Istanbul, Turkey, from May 5 to 9, 2026.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, the Minister held bilateral meetings with Turkish Minister of Defense Yasar Güler and the President of the Defense Industries Agency, Professor Dr. Haluk Gorgun.
These meetings addressed ways to strengthen bilateral military cooperation, enhance security coordination, and consolidate strategic partnerships between the two countries.
