Defense Minister Receives a Delegation from the European Union

The Minister of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs, Mr. Hanana Ould Sidi, received a delegation from the European Union this Thursday morning at his office at the Ministry’s headquarters in Nouakchott. The delegation was led by His Excellency Mr. Joaquín Tasso Villalonga, Ambassador and Head of the European Union Delegation to Mauritania.

The meeting focused on discussing the existing cooperation and partnership between Mauritania and the European Union, as well as ways to strengthen and develop them in the service of mutual interests, particularly in areas under the purview of the Ministry of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs.
