National Defense Minister Hands in Letter from President of Republic to President of Malian Transitional Authority

The Minister of National Defense, Mr. Hanenna Ould Sidi, delivered Thursday in Bamako a letter from His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, to the Colonel Assimi Goita, Preisdent of the Transitional Authority in the Republic of Mali.

In a statement to the press, the national defense minister said that the letter falls within the framework of the periodic meetings between the two presidents, which touch on issues of common interests, particularly the challenges of security and defense.
