Minister of Foreign Affairs Receives Saudi Ambassador

On 23 March in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Raqabi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Mauritania.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the distinguished cooperative relations between Mauritania and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as ways to strengthen and develop them in the service of the common interests of the two brotherly countries.

The discussions also covered a range of issues of mutual interest at the regional and international levels.
