Minister of Foreign Affairs Receives Emirati Ambassador

On 23 March in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received H.E. Mr. Hamad Ghanem Hamad Al Mehairi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Mauritania.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the distinguished cooperative relations between Mauritania and the UAE, as well as ways to strengthen and develop them in the service of the common interests of the two brotherly countries.

The two sides also exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest.
