The General Delegate for Civil Security discusses with his Saudi counterpart the possibilities for cooperation in the field of prevention and public safety

The General Delegate for Civil Security and Crisis Management, Major General Abu Al-Maali Al-Hadi Sidi Ould Omar, held talks on Monday at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Riyadh with the Director General of Civil Defense in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Major General Dr. Hamoud bin Sulaiman Al-Faraj.
The talks, which took place in the presence of our country’s ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Excellency Mr. Mokhtar Ould Dahi, reviewed the distinguished bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in the field of civil defense.
The two sides also discussed a number of topics of mutual interest, as well as ways to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences in the areas of prevention and public safety, risk management, and response to crises and emergencies.
The meeting between the General Delegate for Civil Security and Crisis Management and his Saudi counterpart also touched on the importance of unifying efforts and developing joint working mechanisms to contribute to raising the level of readiness, enhancing performance efficiency, and supporting institutional cooperation between the two sides, in a manner that serves the common interests and fulfills the aspirations of the leaderships of the two brotherly countries.
It should be noted that this meeting took place within the framework of the General Delegate for Civil Security’s visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the World Defense Conference in Riyadh.
