National Assembly Renews Office

Nouakchott, 11 November 2020 (AMI)-During a public session on Wednesday under the presidency of its Speaker, MP Cheikh Ould Baye,the National Assembly approved the renewal of its office.
The new office is composed as follows:

– First Deputy Speaker: Sidney Dramane Sokhona, the Union for the Republic

– Second Deputy Speaker: Mohamed Mokhtar Sidi Taleb Navae, from the opposition

– Third Deputy Speaker: El-Hassen Cheikh Baha, the El Mizane party

– Fourth Deputy Speaker: Oum Kelthoum El-Yessa Soueid’Ahmed, the Union for the Republic

– Fifth Deputy Speaker: Sid’Ahmed Ghaber, the Union for the Republic

– Quaestor of the National Assembly El-Fadhil Sidati Ahmed El-Weli, the Union for the Republic

– First secretary of the office of the National Assembly, Siham Mohamed Yahya Najim, the El Mizane party

– Second secretary of the office of the National Assembly, Ahmed Louleid Abdallahi, the Union for the Republic

– Third secretary of the office of the National Assembly, Ousmane Moussa Thiam, from the opposition

– Fourth secretary of the office of the National Assembly, Abdoullaye Moussa Ba, the Union for the Republic

– Fifth secretary of the office of the National Assembly, Fatimetou Mohamed Yarba El Jiyed, the Union for the Republic
– Budget Rapporteur: Mohamed Lemine Sidi Maouloud
