Vocational Training Minister Holds Meeting with AFD Delegation

The Minister of Vocational Training, Crafts, and Handicrafts, Mr. Mohamed Maalainine Ould Eyih, held a meeting today, Monday, in Nouakchott with a delegation from the French Development Agency (AFD). The delegation was led by Mr. Sébastien Demay, Deputy Director of the Agency, accompanied by several of its members.

The meeting was held to follow up and evaluate the progress of joint projects between the sector and the Agency, particularly those aimed at supporting and developing the vocational training system and enhancing the quality of its programs.

During the session, the existing areas of cooperation between the two sides were reviewed, and prospects for strengthening the partnership were discussed to better improve vocational training outcomes and align them with labor market requirements.
